Tasting Notes
Radiant light golden colour. Delicate aroma with notes of citrus, white flowerets and melted butter. Fine fluid texture, rounded body with hints of vanilla, candied orange and lemon peel, long finish. Refined and elegant honey but with a presence. It crystallises slowlier than other honey, preserving its liquid state for longer.
Forage region
Gathered in the farm of a family, keeping bees for generations in the Nature Park close to Danube River in North Bulgaria. In this picturesque, wild place with deep canyons and beautiful valleys bees collect the finest and clearest acacia honey from the nearby acacia forests.

Crystallization
Raw honey never spoils but will crystallize over time. This is proof of its purity. Either enjoy the crystallized honey as a spread or to liquefy it, gently heat the jar in warm water. Do not place the jar in boiling water – it will hurt the quality of the honey
